My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although nice and clean, had some issues, especially with the bathroom, but the spaciousness and double beds were a plus. The breakfast inclusion was convenient, however, the infestation of bed bugs was a major concern.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the location is awesome, close to Disneyland and the Convention Center, with convenient amenities nearby. However, the rooms were a letdown. We had issues with doors not shutting properly, strong cigarette smells, and delays in readiness. Service was a mix of friendly encounters and rude interactions, especially by some staff members. The dining experience, although not perfect, was decent. Overall, the hotel has its charms but also some drawbacks to consider.
